In researching Smith Lake on the internet we came across RE/MAX and Sharon’s website. We found it very user friendly with plenty of information we were looking for. There was a nice inventory to view. The listings were current, varied and detailed. There were numerous photos of each listing and we soon found out were an accurate representation of the properties. When contacting the office we were very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of both Sharon and Cari. Seeing that we were some distance away, (PA) we were constantly provided with properties to review via email. When we made arrangements to visit, Sharon quickly adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. When we finally met Sharon face to face we were again impressed with her professionalism in both appearance and preparation. We made three trips to the lake and each time Sharon was more than accommodating and again very professional. We finally decided on a house that Sharon found for us. It was more than we could have hoped for. Sharon helped us through the negotiations while on her vacation. It did not end there. Being in PA and not being able to move into our new house for several months Sharon has gone above and beyond the call. She kept her eye on our house as well as winterized it due to the unexpected blast of bitter cold weather. We look forward to many years on the lake in our new home and calling Sharon a friend. When the time comes we will definitely list our house with Sharon and RE/MAX.
